Company Overview.
We're looking for a highly organised and skilled Scheduler to join the team in our Warrington office. The role will be to support our Northern Operations Manager and National Operations Manager to book, organize and schedule work for a team of 30+ technicians based across the Northwest and the Midlands.
We're a repairs and resurfacing company based in the north-west with people working in every corner of the UK. Our customers range from leading construction companies and sites to smaller sub-contractor refurbishment and fit-outs.
We have over 80 technicians in our vans across the country, along with our office team which is based in Warrington. Our office culture is relaxed and easy-going. Although we're all super busy, we still like to make sure that we have some fun and don't take ourselves too seriously. Our mission is to lead the way in repairs across the UK construction industry, through our highly-skilled teams, down-to-earth approach and excellent customer service. The Role:
1. Your main responsibility will be to schedule work and monitor the team and subcontractors to ensure that they comply with specifications to meet targets.
2. You will be friendly & professional while helping out our new and existing customers with any inquiries with regard to existing projects or new and potential future projects.
4. Monitor and manage the daily diaries for the team to ensure all sites and projects are attended and completed within the required timescales, safety regulations and within budget.
5. Liaise with customers and clients via email and telephone to ensure the smooth operation of the work schedule and satisfactory completion.
6. Liaise with technicians and managers to ensure all stock and equipment requests are processed for projects to ensure project completion is within timescales and budgets.

The successful candidate must have:
Experience within a similar role as a Scheduler/ Planner is essential, ideally working within a construction, sub-contractor or social housing setting.
The ability to work well under pressure and understand the need for prompt allocation of works.
The desire to consistently provide excellent customer service.
First class communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build strong customer relationships.
Customer focused.
An understanding of the needs of a responsive business and its contracts and what constitutes to an excellent service.
Ability to understand and develop good working relationships with team members.
Willing to undertake any further training to enable personal growth to enable a better understanding of the job and role.
