We are looking for a creative, friendly and fun Bartender to join the team at The Square. As a Bartender at the Square, you'll be working in an establishment that goes above and beyond to ensure that their guests and customers have a great experience. We can offer great training to the right person!

A specific area of interest or specialty within cocktails and beverages is preferred but not necessary, as full training on our menu will be provided. You will have excellent attention to detail to assist with crafting our finer quality drinks.

Details of the Bartender role:

• 32-40+ hours per week (4-5 shifts)
• The majority of shifts will be in the evenings and you will be working most Friday and Saturday nights - you must be prepared to have late finishes (1-1.30am) on the weekends shifts
• £10.50 - £10.80 per hour dependent on experience plus service charge and weekly cash bonuses

Who is our ideal Bartender?

The right candidate will be hard working and possess a passion for drinks. You will have an ability to work in a variety of environments whilst maintaining consistency and standards on even the busiest of shifts. You will, ideally, have some experience working in a bar, but full training can be given and we are mainly looking for the right attitude and personality!

You will need to be flexible as the style of service will change throughout the week depending on the event. Our team works to deliver drinks that exceed the standard expected by customers: from a wedding guest, to industry ambassadors, to BBC presenters and film crew.

Key skills we are looking for in the Bartender role:

• A fun and friendly personality
• A passion for drinks (making them!) and great attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly
• Experience working in a bar (ideal, but not required)

Our drinks lean heavily to the style of prohibition era.

Applicants must be over 21 due to the nature of the role serving alcohol and our license.
