Work Scheduler/Planner
Work scheduler/planner required for busy repairs and service provider in the renewable energy sector for our social housing clients.
You will be part of an excellent hardworking team in our Weston Super Mare Office. The role is making appointments for our engineers to carry out services in our clients homes. Extensive phone work so excellent phone manner and customer service skills required, ability to problem solve and deal with issues as they arise. Good geographic knowledge of post code areas is essential to plan routes. You must have good IT skills, able to learn our systems, be hard working and responsible.
Salary £23,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on experience
Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
