Beltway Blinds is looking for friendly and confident results-driven full-time Appointment Setter! Can you develop rapport and influence potential customers that will lead to confirmed sales appointments?

ENVISIONING YOUR ROLE WITH US:
As an Appointment Setter at Beltway Blinds, you will work in our Communications center while chatting with potential customers and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives to complete their sales demonstration.
You will learn and utilize a methodology to develop rapport and influence potential customers. Ensure customers (leads) are qualified to result in a successful in-home demonstration by our Sales Representatives. Enter information gathered from customer interaction into our customer relations software. Your first two weeks will include training to ensure you know all about Beltway Blinds, our products, and how to use our software systems.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN NEW TEAM MEMBERS?
A high school diploma and prior inside sales, telemarketing, call center or lead generation experience, solid communication skills, a friendly personality, a high level of motivation, a strong ability to qualify leads, and close.

* Hourly Base Pay + Commission Pay (Paid out Bi-Weekly)
*Average Yearly Income - $48,000 - $54,000
