Scanning Operative
Location: Rackheath, Norwich
Weekly Hours: 35 to 40 hours (exact hours are negotiable)
Responsible To: Operations Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Scanning Operative you will working in an office-based environment, supporting the scanning department in processing confidential documents through our state-of-the-art scanning equipment. This position is fundamental to assisting our clients to transform their hard copy documents into an electronic inventory. Similar experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
We have a great team in place who are here to support each other and work together, and we are looking for a Scanning Operative who would like to join our friendly team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Removing items from paper documents that cannot go through the scanner such as staples, paperclips, unfolding corners and moving post it notes etc.
- Using our state-of-the-art scanning equipment (full training will be provided on the scanner and the software).
- Quality checking scanned images.
