- The starting salary is £20,319 per annum
- We are based on the grounds of Lynch Wood, just outside the city centre

What will you be doing?
Working in Scanning and Administration, you will be providing support to the customer service team of a major UK pension company. Working in the back office, you will be pulling information from a work items (name, address, policy number etc.) and identifying work items, preparing and scanning them for the rest of the business

What are we looking for?
- A passion for helping people and providing great service. This may have been gained through work in a call centre environment, retail, hospitality, travel, or administrative environments.
- An attention to detail. You'll be managing documents from different departments throughout the company, so your ability to stay focussed is of the upmost importance.
- Knowledge using Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) and a variety of computer systems
