Fashion Enter has an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Production Assistant/ Merchandiser to join our small but growing production office team
Fashion Enter is an award-winning North London based Supplier/Manufacturer with Leading status in the Fast Forward Ethical audit and is also the leading trading provider in Education for Fashions and Textiles. We work with ASOS, N Brown, M&S, The Very Group or similar clients.
The successful candidate must be extremely organized and numerate and able to work in a fast paced company.
Job Description
Good customer liaison, so good email manner is essential
Check off and mark up label and trim deliveries
Booking in deliveries to customers warehouse/ creating box end labels and packing lists for all deliveries
Create a progress sheet for all new orders and regularly updating it/ sending customer order confirmations
Checking and entering the customers PO's
Updating accounts on the PO list
Plans sample sales
Assisting our Welsh Factory
Keeping the office organized & tidy
Organizing old sealing samples and storing them away
Stock taking
Making swatches
Assisting in the factory
Assisting with printing fabric
Calibrations
Filing and photocopying
