Job Title: Savings Pricing Manager
Locations: London, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Wolverhampton
Salary: London: £66k - £81k plus benefits. National: £56k- £68k
Hours: Full Time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Our Savings business supports millions of customers to better plan the use of their money and develop a savings habit, wherever they are in life. We’re responsible for the Group’s fixed, variable, ISA and youth retail savings accounts. As well as innovative relationship propositions through our outstanding segmented pricing capability, Halifax Savers Prize Draw and industry leading digital initiatives!

In the Savings business we build and lead customer focused savings products for several of our iconic brands including Halifax, Lloyds and Bank of Scotland. More specifically, the Savings Pricing area hold accountability for pricing of the Retail and UK Private Banking Savings products, Business Development to craft medium- and long-term strategy, and Regulatory oversight.
What does the role of a Savings Pricing Manager entail?
- You’ll be pricing some of the largest savings brands in the UK, using data to understand our savings performance and developing recommendations to deliver against our objectives
- You'll play a key part in delivering the income and balance sheet plan, alongside delivering the analysis to support the creation of each plan
- Develop our understanding, insights and action plans for vulnerable customers and priority customer segments
- You'll help to craft our savings strategy, providing high quality analysis on the Savings market and our competitors, then communicating findings to senior management
- You'll respond regularly to information and consultation requests, working with internal teams to form LBG external views, while considering Fair Pricing principles
- You’ll need to be a confident communicator with the ability to form positive relationships across a number of functions

What you’ll need
Essential:
- You’ll have previous experience of working in a commercially focussed role, ideally within financial services
- You’ll be experienced in working with large data, manipulating it to create insight to support planning and decision making
- You'll have the ability to think through a sophisticated problem strategically, considering a broad number of cross business drivers and solutions, and being able to articulate it back in a simple manner
- You’ll be able to successfully manage conflicting workload priorities
