We are a Bespoke Jewellery Design company with a studio and retail location in London W8, looking for an experienced Admin Gallery Executive to join our team.
As the ideal candidate, you will have similar experience in a small company, be multi skilled with a passion for the jewellery industry.
Responsibilities:
* Updating the Shopify Website regularly with new products & promotions
*Handling basic accounts, including invoicing and payment tracking and preparing the month end and VAT to send to the accountant
*Liaising with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service
*Managing Stock take and inventory ensuring accurate stock levels at all times for both of our locations
*Maintaining the repair book, coordinating repairs and returns
* Inventory photography, use of Canva to design campaigns
*Posting on our social media channels daily
* Responding to internet queries
*Marketing plan implementation and ability to create additional on brand content and framework
* sales and client outreach experience and proven ability
* Keyholder with excellent punctuality and time management
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a small company
*Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and independently.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Proficiency in Shopify, basic account management, social media , Microsoft programs including excel and Omnisend email marketing.
*Strong Computer skills, organisational skills and sales skills in Fashion, luxury or art with direct jewellery experience preferred.
*knowledge of Gemstones and Pearls an advantage
* Flexible, multi tasker who is happy to work alone or with a small team.
