Job description
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join Swansea’s biggest, independent leading estate agency as Saturday Sales Negotiator. We have positions in our Swansea Sales and Gorseinon Sales branches.
The role will require excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face. You need to hungry, driven, smart, professional and deliver out-standing customer service, with a confident mature manner.
Key Responsibilities:-
Assist clients on accompanied viewings
Assist customer enquiries both in person, over the telephone or via email
Maintain up-dated records on client data base.
Current driving licence essential.
Ability to commit to in house training during the week as agreed is a pre-requisite.
During holidays/sickness we do have the opportunity to provide overtime, however, this is not guaranteed.
Office opening hours Saturday 9am - 4pm
