The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a field-based Territory Manager across Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield and Worksop. This is a 12-Fixed Term Contract with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client Samsung, offering a salary between £27,000 – £32,000 with a great bonus.

The Role
As an Omnichannel Territory Manager, you will take complete ownership of the stores & contact centres based in your area. You will be responsible for being the driving force behind growing the strength of the brand, building valuable relationships across your estate, and ultimately driving incremental sales, making Samsung the brand to beat. Working alongside with the channel teams and the In-Store Promoters within your area, you will be proactive in ensuring every sales opportunity, and return on investment in your territory, is maximized. You will provide valuable retailer and market insight to help move the business forward and contribute to our success in the industry. You will drive engagement through remote interactions and with a strong focus on digital touchpoints. With an emphasis on social engagements and content, you will ensure that all channels are connected, meaning our customers have a seamless experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
To develop and build strong relationships within stores and to always use your initiative to drive sales through innovative ways
Efficiently managing a call file to maximize peak times and availability
You will be provided with the knowledge to be the expert on all products, allowing you to promote the USPs and share your knowledge across your territory
You will ensure you are up to date on market and competitor insight and use this to succeed
Accurately reporting interactions and sales in your territory, providing valuable insight and demonstrating ROI and High-quality Presentations
Management of Samsung Promoters within promoter campaigns
Skill, Experience & Attributes
Background/experience of omni channel route to market – retail, online/digital, contact centre
Results/target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
Excellent presentation skills – physical and virtual
Strong planning and organisation skills
Negotiation and influencing capabilities
Understanding of training styles
Ability to manage teams remotely across large geographical areas
