You will be responsible for providing personalized, high-quality solutions and ensuring exceptional customer experiences within the comfort of their homes.**Key Responsibilities:**1. Conduct in-home consultations: Visit customers' homes with our mobile shop to accurately measure windows and discuss their specific requirements.2. Recommend tailored solutions: Use your knowledge of our products to suggest suitable curtains, shutters, or blinds that align with the customers' preferences and interior decor.3. Provide expert guidance: Educate customers about our products, explaining features, benefits, and styles to help them make informed decisions.4. Prepare accurate quotes: Generate detailed and precise quotes based on measurements and selected products, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing.5. Nurture customer relationships: Maintain ongoing communication with customers, addressing queries, providing updates, and fostering long-term relationships for potential repeat business and referrals.6. Collaborate with the team: Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure a smooth process from purchase to installation, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.**Qualifications and Skills:**- Previous experience around the window treatment industry, that can be anything from a curtain fitter to a curtain maker or even an interior designer.
