Sales Team Leader
The Sales Team Leader supervises a sales team responsible for managing the sale of contracts and BT Solutions, supporting the delivery of business targets associated with customer renewal contracts and other revenue-generating activities.
- Supports all activities that impact sales targets.
- Supports internal operational resources to resolve customer escalated issues.
- Coordinates the creation of custom reporting, metrics, data analysis such as information on customer ordering history and buying patterns as required by sales leadership.
- Leads a sales advisory team and monitors its ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives which include the monitoring of behaviour and performance.
- Supports in the design and delivery of process improvements within the sales team.
