Job Description:
This specialist, a Blackburn-based law firm, are looking to appoint an experienced fee earner to join their strong Industrial Disease department. This firm is a high-street practice with opportunities to progress and enjoy a great work/life balance and friendly working environment.
This department deals with a mix of Industrial Disease matters to include asbestosis, NIHL, asthma & lung related disease This specific role is to manage a litigated caseload of fast & multi track Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims, so ideally you will have gained at least 2 years' prior experience of dealing with this type of work and be comfortable dealing with litigated matters.
You will form part of a larger personal injury team and will have the support of a Partner who is able to give you any guidance and supervision that is needed, however this role is largely standalone & self-sufficient.
Salary for this role depends on experience or PQE level, but they are willing to offer a competitive salary associated with the role. There is the chance to earn a bonus and move into a more advanced supervision role.
