About this role: Full Time Customer Service Agent
We have opened our JET village doors once again, and are excited to find our next class of Summer 2023. We are now searching for the best talent to join us and help us as we continue building a great place to work here in Sunderland. At JET we care about our people and provide a vibrant place to work with great facilities, free fruit, snacks and refreshments and carefully scheduled shifts to make late night working until 11pm that little bit easier. We are now looking to strengthen our customer service team with self motivated and hardworking individuals to help us handle interactions with our customers and restaurant partners across a range of channels including voice and chat. We are looking for people who can help us make a difference in achieving satisfaction for our customers, who are passionate about service excellence, able to handle difficult calls with resilience and determination and who love to help. People who love to talk and can adapt to both telephone and instant message with ease. At JET, we believe that everyone has something to bring to the table!
The important bits!
Full time 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working - 3 days on site, 2 days from home per week, allocated by the business
Shifts will be scheduled on a 4 week rotational basis with a mix of 4 and 5 day working weeks
Full flexibility is required between the hours of 7am-11pm, (There could be later working until 2am on occasion, however this would be working from home and discussed locally as and when required)
Classroom based training, 4 weeks on site (no home working during this period)

Passionate about delivering service excellence and achieving satisfaction
Competent PC user with the ability to multitask/toggle between multiple systems with ease
Effective communicator (written & verbal) with an eye for detail and a resilient approach.
Embraces ownership and accountability
Great teammate, willing to share and adopt ideas and best practice with professionalism and respect
