What will you be doing?
As part of the Indirect Business Operational Readiness Team the Pre-sales Support Executive will be a supporting the Technical pre-sales team for the Indirect Business Channel. You will work as part of a team to manage quotes daily, being responsible for allocated quotes using our tools and processes to meet customer deadlines.
Key accountabilities include:
- Responsible for the creation of clear and unambiguous quotes.
- Responsible for the capture of all associated costs, and technical elements required for each quote.
- Providing presales support for low complexity customer requirements across a range of Vodafone Business solutions and services.
- In providing this support you will be able to demonstrate how our products and services meet the customers’ needs and be able to communicate this to the customer.
- Will also be required to work with other members of the pre-sales and wider Vodafone team in the support of more complex opportunities.
- Responsible for providing costs for Finance approval. This includes responsibility for maintaining a relationship with key Partner contacts in order to obtain costs and validate configurations.
Who are we looking for?
Essential:
- Experience working in a sales or customer facing role
- Partner relationship support
- A good understanding of sales support methods and processes
- Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver services and change
- Some knowledge of networking including MPLS, IP Networking and Internet Services
- Excellent communications skills
- Professional qualifications CCNA or equivalent
- Experience within a Presales support role working for an ISP or telecommunications provide
