The role of Sales Supervisor (Key-holder) is an exciting opportunity within our business. Reporting directly to Company Director, you will be customer facing and responsible for sales, customer service on the sales floor in addition to supervising Sales Associates at times plus Open & Close daily procedures. The role is physically based at our central Truro shop and on our roving Market Stall usually sited on Lemon Quay, Truro.
The right candidate will have a strong track record of retail, sales & customer service experience, excellent verbal & written communication skills, and have a can-do attitude. You will demonstrate initiative, consistent excellent attention to detail and be able to develop outstanding product knowledge. You will have experience in a Key-holding and/or Supervisory level role in a similar field. You will be able to multi-task and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner to a high standard. Time-keeping and reliability are vital, and the ability to work well within a small team, understanding your critical role within it and that of others. A reasonable working knowledge of Body Piercing jewellery or personal experience in this area would also be advantageous, however full & thorough training in all aspects of the role will be provided.
You will be contracted to work weekly on Saturday and usually 3 to 4 other weekdays (usually Wednesday) per month. This is an 8 hour/week Contract, additional shifts (Monday to Friday) will be scheduled during Peak times (Summer Season & Festive Period) and occasionally Sundays. This is permanent contract dependent on productivity and completion of a successful Probationary period.

Applicants must hold GCSE qualifications at Grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
