What You’ll Do:
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Provide staff supervision and guidance, complying with all company policies, procedures and directives from management team.
- Able to work as a leader, to drive and motivate and develop people.
- Execute effective day to day business and operations processes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and desire for creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Foster customer relationships through innovative thinking, building of client books and delivering a meaningful experience.
- Utilize all available tools and technology.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Relevant sales experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention of detail and accuracy.
- Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Able to work on different tasks easily – Multi-tasking.
- English Language.
