Job Description:
As a Sales Supervisor at Fone Clinik2, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing our team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead by example and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional product knowledge, effective customer engagement, and upselling techniques.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales associates. Provide coaching and feedback to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of popular mobile phones and accessories. Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and organized store layout, ensuring that products are displayed effectively to drive sales.
Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports, analyze data, and propose strategies to boost revenue and improve sales processes.
Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention measures and security protocols to safeguard inventory and assets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile phones or electronics.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
