Job description
1. Supervise and provide guidance to store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
2. Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and high morale among the team members.
3. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth store operations.
4. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns or complaints.
5. Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service from all store staff.
6. Maintain a customer-centric approach, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
7. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including shift opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.
8. Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking of shelves and displays.
9. Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimise product presentation and maximise sales.
10.Drive sales and achieve store targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and implementing effective sales strategies.
11.Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
12.Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
13.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
14.Train staff on safety protocols and procedures, and regularly conduct safety inspections.
