You will join us as our Maintenance person and be responsible for carrying out day to day maintenance of the building, its services and grounds in order to ensure that the home is maintained in a safe and efficient functional order. You will also be capable of maintaining appropriate records and logs for all areas and have an up to date knowledge of Health Safety legislation.

Ideally you will have building services experience gained in a customer-facing or care services environment with appropriate qualifications. You will be helpful and deliver thoughtful service every time, bearing in mind at all times, you will be working in a home environment.
