Job description
Reload Internet is a passport photo, print and copy store based in Paddington, London. We are now looking to hire an energetic cashier and customer server to join our great team.
Responsibilities includes taking photos and printing passport photos, printing documents, and handling online email orders and telephone enquiries - we will require you to read through our templates and use them when responding to customer queries.
We also offer Poster Printing instore and Visa Help services that you will be trained to handle.
We offer full company training and we will be there for you every step of the way making sure you are fully capable to handle our customers confidently.
We are looking for a Part time member staff that can work about 15-20 hours a week over two days.
Requirements and skills for this job
- Students welcome to apply
- Good written and email skills - we deal with alot of clients emailing us and we need well written emails being sent.
- Good math skills
- Customer service oriented
- You must be able to operate a PC and have experience using MS word.
- If you can use Adobe Photoshop that is excellent, but not mandatory as we provide training.

Responsibilities instore
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
- Collect payments
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Timings Available:
We are looking to hire a part time member of staff that is available for 2 days a week to work on the weekend (or 2 days in the week, and then once trained, to work on weekends. Shift timings available will range from 8am - 4pm or 11am to 7pm.
We are flexible and will be able to adjust timings and if you feel that you require more work than this we can offer more hours. The first step is applying.
