Customer Service, Completions and Office Admin Assistant – London Bridge – £30,000 per annum
Dove and Hawk are excited to be working with a London based Buy to Let investment company marketing off plan developments. Focusing mainly on northern markets, providing first time investors access, support and guidance through each stage of their investment journey. Selling off plan allows us to offer investors the best value for money, while optimising their yields.
You will be part of a young and energetic team, providing assistance with customer services, completions and ad hoc office administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Assisting team members with Completions
- Assisting with customer queries
- Providing information for mortgage advisors, interior companies, and solicitors.
- Managing calendar bookings for Valuations, Viewings and Handovers
- Welcoming of clients to completion process.
- Onboarding of Units and Client details to the Client portal.
- Updating spreadsheets with the most recent information
- Correlating all data across Excel, HubSpot, and MS Outlook.
- Assisting members of staff with admin when necessary.
- Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Stock checking of stationery, refreshments, and sundries.
Requirements
- 1-2 years Customer Service Experience
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, SalesForce, etc)
- Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant phone manner
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
- Organisational skills
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
