Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to work for our client based in Reading (RG1).
Temp to permanent role
Shifts: Monday - Friday – 11:00AM – 17:00PM - 30 hours per week
Weekly Pay: £11 per hour
The responsibilities of the role:
- In this role your main task will be assisting with all administration office duties.
- Entering data ensuring all companies details are up to date.
- Monitoring phones and emails, ensuring all communication is responded to in a timely manner.
- Assist with paperwork, document creation and other general administrator duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- You will need to build a rapport with customers and clients to ensure you can identify and support with customer’s needs or issues.
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner at all times, whilst maintaining an enthusiastic attitude as you will be meeting with customers on site.
- Always comply with onsite health and safety, making sure the site is always kept clean and hazard free.
You will need:
- Must be IT Literate and adapt quickly to new online systems.
- Good literacy and numeracy capabilities.
- We are looking for reliable, trustworthy, and an organised individual who can run their own workload.
- Must be confident speaking to clients and customers on the phone.
- Previous office experience is desirable.
- Must be able to get to the Reading area for work daily as you will be office based.
