The role and responsibilities include:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for;
· Prospecting and connecting with the right clients
· Having a good understanding of our products and actively upselling and cross-selling to our clients
· Delivering excellent customer service, with a solutions-orientated mindset
· Identifying and utilising opportunities to build relationships with potential clients, fellow salespeople and colleagues alike
· Be a confident communicator, with an ability to decipher and share data and information.
· Pitch to and close clients
· Manage your client pipeline
· Consulting with recruitment agencies
· Identifying the clients goals for growth
· Have confidence to sell direct to FD/MD/CEO level
· Present the solutions both in person and virtually to client
· An understanding of IR35 legislation
We do not require that you have previous experience working for an umbrella company, although it is desirable. Demonstrable experience in faced-paced cold calling sales role is essential.
