About the role
We have a brilliant opportunity for a Design Planner to join our in house studio team (Studio368) which forms part of our marketing operations function. The Studio368 Design Project Planner plays a central role in supporting & driving all design activity between the design team, Studio368 & external agencies.
You will be responsible for;
- Briefing design & artwork activity (using our internal project management system, Workfront) into Studio368 ensuring all information is present and accurate before a brief takes place
- Management of internal stakeholders to deliver results efficiently, collating feedback from all teams and effectively briefing amends to studio teams
- Working with our design experts to brief in activity and supporting on reprioritisation and monthly capacity planning where necessary
- Co-ordination & implementation of critical paths across design projects
- Supporting the Activity Planning Manager in regularly reviewing process to ensure efficiencies and improvements in ways of working
- Supporting the team on other artwork requirements when appropriate – we ensure all team members can flex across all areas, so that we can always support each other on the delivery of our business priorities
- Escalation of potential or high-risk issues to Activity Planning Manager
- Leading on weekly work in progress sessions and specific project actions meetings
- Daily reprioritisation to deliver business requirements, via planning future work in Workfront & communicating critical path commitments to stakeholder groups to keep all design & artwork deliverables on track
- Key to role is the ability to keep open lines of communication between design, POS and Studio368 stakeholders

- You are a confident person with the ability to negotiate and do what is right for the customer
- You know when to escalate & have the capability to assess risks/determine priorities via organisation skills
- You are a forward thinker! You're able to think ahead and create the right plan
- You have a passion to constantly improve how we do things!
- You enjoy pulling reports, analysing data & producing recommendations to internal stakeholder groups, advising on where we could improve our ways of working
- You have a clear interest & understanding of best-in-class creative design
