They deliver products and environments utilising our in house design, metal, acrylic and joinery divisions into the retail, hospitality and living environments. they have a strong 5 year growth plan and have achieved some fantastic award winning projects over the past few years.

The opportunity
We are looking for someone who is ready for the next step into Sales, Seeking out opportunities to grow our acrylic and metal divisions.
The role is a fantastic opportunity to lead the sales of these two areas. We have great capability, fast turnaround times and more importantly great quality time after time.
Here we specialise in all areas of Retail Display, Hospitality and hotel fixtures and accommodation projects, But we don't mind what the opportunity might be our metal work and acrylic facilities are fantastic and you can bring your own projects and opportunities to the table and manage your clients maximising opportunities
Key Duties:
Your role will be to proactively seek out opportunities for potential work by identifying and contacting new target customers and new target projects as appropriate.
Keep the CRM software updated (Pipedrive)
To prioritise opportunities to ensure we are focusing effort for the best return, Great commercial investigation.
You will take responsibility for quoting at profitable levels and closing orders once quoted. You’ll take ownership for customer relationships both existing and new,
The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial approach and an appetite to bring in new business. You must have excellent communication skills and a proven track record demonstrating your customer service and sales experience.
The position is office based and is initially for a six month period with the potential of a permanent position dependant on results.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Enthusiastic, passionate and driven.
- Proven ability in selling Acrylic items
- Proven ability to develop and build trusted working relationships.
- Relevant client facing experience across multiple accounts.
- Experience in curating clear and concise briefs resulting in quality deliverables, that meet the clients need, with limited direction.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work well as a team.
- Self-motivated, creative, passionate and able to acclimate into a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience in growing sales
The right candidate can expect.
Basic salary between £30,000 - £35,000 With OTE commission target at £50,000, Company mobile and laptop, free parking, 25days leave +stats Employee incentives including free lunch Fridays and a welcoming team ethos.

- Metal designed Product sales: 1 year (preferred)
