Our fast-growing SaaS company is currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales person to join our team. We are based in Ontario, Canada and have plans to expand across Canada, the USA and eventually global. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a start-up that is already in operation and poised for rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and product improvements based on customer feedback
- Create and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closing
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry and software sales cycle
- Must be a hunter. You must have the ability to pick up the phone and make things happen!
- Must be confident and able to close sales within a very short sales cycle.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
