SHOP FLOOR ASSISTANT - CURATED MAKERS JOB DESCRIPTION Acting as a bridge between big and small businesses, Curated Makers celebrates and supports local creatives by transforming empty retail spaces into unmissable shopping experiences. We’re devoted to connecting UK shoppers with makers, artists and designers from their region and this July we’re launching a new shop at McArthurGlen Outlet Village Swindon! The essence of this role is to ensure customers have an exceptional shopping experience at every Curated Makers retail outlet. You will assist and engage with customers to understand and fulfil their needs and relay information about our unique products and talented makers. You will also replenish stock and keep the shop floor and all product displays clean, tidy and accessible, to ensure we present an appealing and easy-to-shop environment. Previous experience in retail would be preferred but most importantly you need to be; comfortable engaging with and serving customers, passionate about shopping small and supporting makers, professional, trustworthy, accountable and reliable.
