Overview of the role
As a Sales Executive, reporting to the Head of Agency UK, you will be expected to prospect, win new business, grow existing clients, initiate and manage a multi-product proposition sales cycle to close. You will be working with well-known brands and media agencies across the UK. You will be facilitating joint business planning meetings as well as strategic growth development conversations. Draw up sales account plans and be responsible for forecasting to achieve quarterly targets.
What you’ll do:
- Reach and exceed business development goals while contributing to overall team goals
- Provide world-class customer service to drive revenue growth with existing customers
- Full responsibility for winning a target list of new business prospects
- Develop & maintain relationships at all levels with brands and media agencies across the UK
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with media agencies where required
- Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships across product and client service teams
- Identify and understand trends within the media industry, what makes a campaign successful and apply learnings to help generate further new business
- Work closely with the Account Strategy team members to leverage existing contacts and identify new opportunities
- Accurate pipeline management and ownership of both new & existing opportunities across multiple products
- Hit or exceed quarterly revenue target
Who you are:
- Required first experience within sales/business development in digital/online media, AdTech, retail media or eCommerce
- First experience in managing customer’s relationship & accounts
- Strong Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to open doors
- Ability to work in a fast-moving company
- Strong communication, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Result-driven
- Ability to understand clients business needs and position solutions in a timely and personalised way
- Ability to prioritise in demanding time frames
- English fluent is a must, any additional language is a plus

Salary: £40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
