Windmill9 Consulting have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator at our clients Bletchley branch.
Experience with an Estate Agency setting is essential, however we are also able to consider applicants with some experience (min. 6 months) for entry level/trainee roles or those with Lettings experience looking to transition into Sales

Duties include:
- Dealing with telephone and email inquiries from prospective buyers
- Registering applicants and discussing properties available
- Accompanied viewings with prospective purchasers
- Arranging viewings
- Maintain a database of potential purchasers
- Sales progression including liaising with solicitors, other agents, surveyors etc
- Working towards targets and KPI's
- Property valuation experience is highly desirable but not essential as training can be provided
