Bremont are looking for someone to support and facilitate the administration process of Military and Special Projects sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Process orders over the telephone, email and occasionally in person
- Generate invoices for payment
- Process telephone payments using SagePay system or PDQ machine, and emailing payment confirmations
- Answer email enquiries regarding first contact, watch information, order updates, product/technical queries
- Managing the Special Projects inbox
- Following up with leads after initial enquiry
- Generate confirmation email to clients following shipment with tracking information
- Follow up with client post-dispatch
- Assist with shipping queries once packages have been dispatched
- Update order forms regularly to keep data accurate
- Assisting the sales support team with order processing as required
- Assisting with watch collections and occasionally showing them around the building
- Prepare returns labels and complete exchanges
- Working closely with logistics team to help with daily order queries and dispatch requirements
- Assist with Military and Special Projects picking and dispatching of watches where necessary
- Helping out with events when required
- Preparing samples and display props for military events
- Assisting the finance team with payments relating to Military & Special Project orders
- Managing client expectations of when their watch is due to be complete
- Assist with keeping military displays relevant
- Helping keep sample watches organised and tracking any being sent out to clients or events
Working Environment
- 9am-5.30pm
- Monday-Friday (occasional weekend work may be required for events)
- Onsite
- Working both autonomously and in a team of 4
- Probation process 4 months
- Notice period – 1 month

Interview with hiring manager and HR onsite.
Stage 3
Interview with hiring manager and senior manager onsite.

Requirements
Desirable
- Previous sales experience or experience involving production, manufacturing, planning, dispatching
- Experience wit an ERP system and CRM
The ideal candidate will possess most, if not all, of the following competencies:
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to input data accurately
- High standard of written English and grammar, and ability to communicate well both verbally and written
- Good mathematical skills
- Strong ability with Microsoft Excel and Word
- A hardworking and reliable attitude
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Able to work to deadlines and targets, whilst also prioritising work load
- Self motivated and sets high standards
- Able to remain calm and focussed under pressure
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges, and driven to continually improve
- Pro-active and self confident
