Twin Technology is looking for an experienced individual with a background in working for MSP’s and real-world project deployments and experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
The ideal candidate will need to stay abreast of evolving technologies and Microsoft updates to provide the best possible advice and solutions to our clients. The consultant must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects, and always ensuring client satisfaction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and business goals to provide tailored Microsoft 365 and Azure-based solutions.
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 applications and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft solutions within existing IT environments.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal team members to increase understanding and effective use of Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure deployments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft’s suite of products and cloud services.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Prepare technical proposals and presentations to explain our offerings to clients.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for security and compliance.
- Perform system audits and generate reports on system performance and security.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role leveraging Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 apps and services (such as SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange) and Azure infrastructure services.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar credentials are highly preferred.
