Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. We are looking for ambitious, driven people who can progress to become a leader in our company. We are searching for a confident, results-driven sales individual who has great interpersonal skills, and can turn prospects into clients by actively contacting them and pushing our services. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and other outreach methods
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings to educate clients on our services and capabilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and successful staffing placements
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the management team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
The role will be based in our Liverpool office on Dale Street and will be from Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm.
Salary and Benefits
- £23,000 to £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
