Salary: £18,000 basic, up to £28,000 OTE

We’re looking for someone with real sales experience to develop their career with us in our busy store in St Helens.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team helping our diverse customers furnish their homes from first-time buyers to grandma looking for a new bed no two days are the same!
Role requirements:
- You must have previous sales experience in flooring, sofas and beds, kitchens and bathrooms or cars.
- Amazing at giving great customer service.
- Prepared to work hard and make the most of training.
- A great communicator who loves to help people.
- Friendly, driven, flexible, reliable honest and enthusiastic.
- You thrive on smashing targets and enjoy the rewards this brings.
- You are a stickler for detail.
- A driving licence is essential.
Responsibilities
- You will welcome customers into the store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products, and make it easy for them to select the best product for their home and lifestyle.
- You will assist with deliveries, maintain product stock, ensure correct point of sale and help keep standards high.
- Completing all necessary administration and sales quotations, arranging customer fitting and deliveries. You’ll need an eye for detail and be good with numbers.
