People Business Partner Salary: circa £42,000 per annum

This is an exciting time to join our People Team as we continue on our exciting journey of cultural change. In this influential role, you will have the opportunity to coach and support business leaders and managers in your business areas helping to shape our organisation for future success.
The main purposes of the post are as follows;
To work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and managers to shape, develop and deliver People related plans, formulating solutions in line with the needs and priorities of First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO). Operating as the departmental HR expert, to advise, guide and support managers and colleagues by providing efficient and effective people management and development support across your designated business areas.
To implement efficient and effective processes, aligned to policies and procedures throughout the employee life cycle.
To ensure FCHO’s treatment of colleagues is fair, respectful, consistent with our framework of core business values & objectives and in line with our EDI ambitions.
To embed the Business Partner model, creating a positive employee relations climate that supports colleague capability, engagement and a high performance, customer-focussed culture.
To ensure consistency in the application of People policies and procedures fostering a transparent and compliant approach to resourcing & onboarding, learning & development, employee relations and engagement throughout everything that we do.
To undertake the design delivery and implementation of projects as directed by the Head of People.
