We are a rapidly growing Tile and Bathroom retailer with stores located across East London and Essex
The home makeover market is worth over £300 Billion worldwide as of 2021 and Tile House is committed to providing the most amazing individual customer service within this industry, We are one of the leading Tile and Bathroom retailers in the Essex area and pride ourselves in our tailor made instore experience at our showrooms.
Working at Tile House means that everyday is a different challenge and every customer is an individual project, Working within a small but dedicated team in store you will be tasked with tailoring a package for our customers, dealing with our regular traders, inputting design ideas for new displays, having your say on new products and services as well as making sure our customers are receiving the best possible level of service throughout their make over journey.
We provide full product, sales and customer service training as well as ongoing product support and training provided during new product launches.
What are we looking for?
- You pride yourself in giving out great customer service and have a keen eye for detail when tailoring packages to meet the customers project needs.
- You are a team player and are able to work cooperatively with other members of staff.
- You have a enthusiastic and confident attitude when dealing with a variety of situations that can occur during a normal work day.
- You are a good listener and will use your listening and understanding skills to best help our customers choose the right products for them.
- You are self organised and can manage as well as keep track of your customer and trader projects.
- You can demonstrate creativity when advising customers on the latest trends and products.
- You will need to be flexible with the ability to work weekends and in alterative locations from time to time.
