The Jeans Store is a small retail business which has been trading in Truro for 28yrs. We are looking for a full time sales assistant to join our small team. Applicants should have previous retail sales experience (ideally), or have worked in a customer service enviroment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product knowledge, assisting with purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in locating desired items.
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Recommend additional merchandise to customers based on their needs and interests.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Operate cash registers and other related equipment.
- Updating stores social media.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
