Sales Negotiator – Halifax - Up to £25,000 DOE

Are you a highly professional and motivated Sales Negotiator? Do you want to join a leading independent estate agency, specialising across Halifax and Huddersfield?

The firm’s focus is to build on the success of our residential sales department and become the region’s leading independent estate agency and property experts.

The firm are seeking a sales negotiator to join their busy branch in Halifax. Experience is ideal but not essential!

What you will be doing

  • Responsibility for a portfolio of residential properties
  • Communicating with external suppliers and professionals
  • Involvement in the marketing and promotion of properties and business services along with general office duties
  • Arrange valuations
  • Co-ordinate the listing process
  • Arranging photography and EPC report
  • Drafting the property particulars and confirming approval from the client prior to going to market
  • Consulting with proceedable purchasers to convert viewings into offers
  • Successfully negotiate the sale of homes
  • Reviewing legal documentation and property reports
  • Conducting ID checks and managing the due diligence process
  • Meet and greet vendors and buyers on home visits
  • Viewing properties

What you will need

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator is ideal but not essential
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent IT skills – with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm,
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am-3pm with a day in lieu for working Saturday
