At Pacific Smoke International, our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives to traditional cigarettes. As the leading distributor of electronic vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've made significant progress since our founding in 2013. However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned CRM Analyst to join our dynamic team located in Markham.

In this role, you will help aid and support our campaigns by tracking CRM systems and following the segmentation models to identify key customer segments.
The CRM Analyst will:
Analyze and interpret customer data from various sources, including CRM systems, sales databases, customer feedback, and other relevant channels.- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to identify key customer segments, demographics, behaviors, and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and communications strategies based on customer insights.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives, using KPIs and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize customer communications and marketing initiatives.
- Create regular reports and presentations to share insights, trends, and recommendations with the sales team, internal stakeholders and management.
- Assist with the selection, integration, and management of CRM tools and systems.
- Develop and maintain data hygiene best practices, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer data.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continually identifying opportunities to enhance our CRM strategy.
To be successful you should have:
Strong knowledge of sales processes, tools, and systems- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- Power Excel user with focus on managing and manipulating large amounts of data
- Previous experience in CRM systems, data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
