About Our Client
A well established public sector organisation are looking to recruit a Temporary Receptionist on an hourly rate period of 3 months, based in Chichester.
Job Description
As Temporary Receptionist you will be responsible for:
- Directing visitors to the centre to rooms
- Locking and unlocking rooms
- Rooms booking via database base
- Room clearing after training events
- Filing/Shredding
- Emails - daily and high volume (room bookings)
- Lunch ordering/refreshments
The Successful Applicant
- Ideally previous Reception working knowledge
- Strong IT skills
- Good communication via the telephone and face to face
- Immediately available and willing to commit to an initial 3 months (extension possible)
