We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Trainee to join our team in Watford. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning the basics of sales and customer service, and will be given the opportunity to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Provide ideas to centralised sales and marketing team for advertising/marketing tactics throughout the year

- High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Have excellent organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Desire to learn and progress within an ever-expanding company.
