Sunroad Equipment is a French Family Group, (turnover of €180m last year and 650 employees) leader in the field of recreational vehicle market in France with a network of retail shops, body workshops, manufacturer of panel van equipment, providing rental and finance services. Sunroad Equipment’s strategy is to grow geographically in Europe and has just completed the set-up of a subsidiary and a warehouse in the UK. We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our energetic team and help us achieve our ambitious plan in the RV sector.
Brief Job Description:
The successful applicant will focus on growing the UK business and extend the reach of its products or services in order to increase revenue. His/her duties include identifying new sales leads, pitching the company’s goods and services and building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers. Extensive travelling throughout the UK will be needed.
Main areas of responsibilities are:
- Building relationships with existing clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
- Increasing sales of a wide range of existing products to RV dealers and accessory shops.
- Identifying new business opportunities within the RV sector, new partnerships or new products and services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction (sales, technical support and logistics)
Fundamental skills:
Communication skills: he/she must be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are must-haves.
Organizational skills: he/she must be comfortable juggling numerous clients, on and off-site meetings and deadlines. He/she must be highly organised and well equipped to manage the many parts of the job and keep client proposals and other tasks on track.
Time-Management skills: He/she must understand how to prioritize their time, manage their calendar and adjust their schedule as needed.
Technical and computer skills: He/she must have solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Drive and self-motivation: he/she must be goal oriented and have the drive and motivation to push themselves and others to succeed.
Education: Sales and/or technical Sales Management Degree or equivalent, coupled with a 2 year experience in Sales with proven track success. French as a second language would be a definite advantage.

Salary: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
