(PART-TIME) SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE:
WORK WITH A PURPOSE IN THE GROWING MENTAL HEALTH SECTOR
We are a team of mental health researchers, practitioners, and software engineers who work to improve humanity's mental well-being using advanced behavioral sciences and online digital tools. Our team has built a strong client base of large and small private and government mental health agencies. These include the U.S. military, and state-wide organizations and is used by several universities to train psychology students. Our international market includes 23 countries and is translated into 6 languages.
AN EMERGING SECTOR:
We are moving out of the development stage and preparing to grow within the mental health sector. With 1 in 5 people experiencing mental health struggles and over 43% of the North American population experiencing stress, demands to increase mental health support by government, corporate and private sector has never been higher.

OUR SALES STRATEGY:
The successful candidate is a sales professional who can enter the sales trenches and model being a successful the lead generator and closer. You will begin building a lead generation team consisting of two people, working alongside you. The goal will be to develop a successful lead generation team and grow it to 2-5 lead generators.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- A born sales professional who possesses a deep understanding of the art of persuasion.
- Possess a strong knowledge of lead generation tools to gain leads.
- Willing to start work immediately.
- A quick study and able to get up to speed on understanding our mental health prevention and recovery sciences (training provided).
- Must be experienced and confident in digital selling from your home-based office working in MS Teams environment.
- EXECLLENT COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS (WRITTEN AND SPOKEN) are a MUST. A strong accent, unfortunately, is not acceptable.
- A strong understanding and working ability in CRM environment.
- A successful track record in sales and must provide references.
- Must have a university degree.
DETAILS AND REMUNERATION:
A. Willing to work from 8 AM-12 PM PST Monday-Friday with your team. For the 1st, 3 months time will be in the office. After the probationary period of 3 months, they can work from home one day/week.
B. The compensation will include.
-A base salary: $2000 Canadian Dollars per month.
- Commission and bonuses.
-Stock option program.
