Job description
Role: Part Time Sales Assistant / Location: Banbury/ £10.42 up to £12 per hour, Hours of work: 15 hours per week, this will consist of 2 shifts one of which will be a Saturday.
Storage King is looking for an energetic, sales motivated Sales Assistant to support the manager in all aspects of running of our Banbury store and growing the business.
As a Sales Assistant, this as a hybrid role: part customer service, part sales and part facilities management. This is a varied position, and no day is the same
Overview:
- With a good understanding of our customers’ needs you’ll help them decide what the best solution is for them
- You’ll maximise sales at every opportunity through promoting our services or products
- You’ll offer the highest quality of customer service in person, via email or phone
- Completing daily health and safety walkarounds you’ll help to maintain the general cleanliness of the site
- You’ll carry out general administrative tasks
Who we’re looking for:
- Looking for a friendly, warm and approachable individual with good customer service experience in retail or sales
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Confident and willing to learn
