An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Executive at SLM Toyota Attleborough!

  • Location: SLM Toyota Attleborough
  • Role: Sales Executive
  • Length: Full Time/Permanent
  • Salary: £35-40,000 OTE

We are looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to join our Sales team as a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, and previous experience in the motor trade. The role involves comfortably advising customers on the products which best suits their needs, so full understanding of finance and add-on products is desirable.

Key Job Areas of the Sales Executive role:

  • Build rapport and qualify the customers’ requirements throughout the sales process
  • Develop relationships to win new business
  • Respond to queries from new/existing customers from multiple channels
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on manufacturer vehicles and product options
  • Follow sales processes to ensure compliance
  • Work as a full member of the dealership team

What we’re looking for in a Sales Executive:

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Previous experience in motor trade sales
  • Up to date knowledge about the motor industry
  • Ability to successfully use persuasiveness/negotiability techniques
  • Excellent customer service/people skills, delivering services to high standards
  • Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills
  • Flexible ‘can do’ approach
  • Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and systems
  • Full UK driving licence
