- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and services best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, data capture and personal data base management.
- High focus on self-generating leads through prospecting, networking, and contacting a high volume of leads daily and increasing team group sales.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
- Provide extensive customer service and continual development of relationships by greeting and offering support to current and potential clients daily and at games.
- Participate in and attend Sales Department meetings with relevant data, research, and accurate information. Commit to on-going sales training and development of best sales practices. Creative ideas and group planning sessions.
A Week in the Life:
- Work with Sales Represenative to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.
- Expected high call volume to include cold/customer service/prospect calls, craft personalized emails and network on LinkedIn weekly
- Work closely with Assoc. manager & our Marketing team to execute personalized account-based campaigns
- A power user of LinkedIn and Salesforce.
- Attend 1:1’s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, etc. to develop your skills.
- Collaborate with your peers sharing standard methodologies, best practices and role playing to make sure you’re focused on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent Job experience in the related field.
- Experience in making high volume calls, preferred not required.
- Must be a self-starter and possess team building skills.
- Knowledge of the USL and soccer preferred.
- Bilingual preferred, not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work nights, holidays, & weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required.
- Proficient with Ticket Master Archtics Ticketing System preferred.
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- This role has the ability to work in a Hybrid (remote and on-site) environment.
