Overview
To showcase our selection of Indian holiday products to old and new Indian members whilst maintaining an ethical and friendly approach and delivering a high standard of customer service to enhance all guest's onsite experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings with Indian clients (both members/owners and prospective members/owners) to determine their specific holiday needs.
- Based on determined needs suggest suitable new products for Indian non members/owners and upgrades of products for current members/owners
- Develop referrals or/and leads through client contact and cold calling activities and perform regular follow-up activities.
- Develop strategically layered questions to determine each clients’ specific requirements.
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients and create and deliver membership presentations to them.
- Provide clients with information on trial membership plans, fractional ownership, and point-based Indian products.
- Formulate strategies to analyze Indian member problems and find solutions to appease them.
- Complete purchase summary worksheets and develop plans to minimize cancellations and provide comprehensive owner assurances.
- Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of properties and advocate an appropriate amount of points to accommodate both Indian owners and prospective Indian owners.
The ideal candidate will:
· Be open to the idea of relocating to where we have resorts in the UK, Greece, Italy, France, Spain and Asia.
· Be available to travel to Goa, India for a 4 week intense training course prior to placement in UK/Europe.
· Have the drive, passion and motivation to secure sales with our Indian members.
· Be well presented and have a professional and friendly approach
· Be willing to learn in-depth knowledge about Indian product types
· Have excellent communication and 'people skills'
· Have a proven background in sales or other customer facing roles (regardless of the product) as full training is provided
· Be able to overcome objections and treat Karma Group members exceptionally well
· Enjoy working with a fantastic team, as well as motivated to work independently

Salary: £22,000.00-£53,299.77 per year
