Responsibilities
- First point of contact to all incoming emails and answer telephone calls.
- Capture and log the end-user requirements/Incident
- Process Service Request, following the agreed procedures.
- Follow the escalations procedure when requiring second & third line support.
Requirements
- A minimum of 18 months + experience as an first line engineer working within a MSP environment ideally
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 cloud, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems and applications (Windows client, MS Office)
- Knowledge of Ubiquity and SonicWALL firewalls would be beneficial
- Working knowledge of Microsoft server products, including Microsoft Server, Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange etc
- Working knowledge supporting MAC OS
- Attending customer sites as required
- Maintaining customer documentation
