Spring Footwear Corp is currently recruiting for a California based position representing our brands as a wholesale sales representative. This is your opportunity to further your footwear career and take it to the next level.
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial and pioneering spirit, as well as the desire and ambition to grow and create new business in our west coast territory. He/she must be a persuasive, driven, influencer and strategic go-getter who leverages technology, marketing, and social media to grow our brand.
The Sales Representative is responsible for building and driving the footwear sales and profitable growth within the assigned accounts for all Spring Footwear brands in AZ, CA, NV, OR and WA. This incumbent’s success depends upon creating strategies that leverage all data points, market and research insights, and overall business acumen.

What you will be doing:
- Create strategies that drive footwear sales and profitable growth within assigned accounts.
- Increase sales by seeking new partnerships and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
- Research and target new prospect accounts, share our brand story, educate customers about our products, and expand the Spring Footwear brand.
- Encapsulate sales, merchandising, marketing/social media and develop tools to manage and expand our presence in the market.
- Establish and strengthen the Spring Footwear presence throughout the west coast territory and develop multiple channels including specialty stores, fashion boutiques, uniform shops, family shoe stores and more.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum 3 years of experience working in a full-service brand name comfort retail shoe store.
- College Degree IS NOT required.
- Demonstrated strength in account retention, and growth of sales
- Ability to manage the full selling cycle.
- Highly detail oriented, systematic, and process oriented with outstanding follow-up and execution skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and execute to a sales plan.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify issues and generate solutions.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite tools.
- Ability to lift / carry up to 70 lbs.
